Spice Genes – The spice germplasm database is an information service for the research community. This database aims to collate information on the origins, characteristics and availability of various spices germplasm and to make this available online to the researchers. This provides the information on origins, locations, and a wide range of morphological and agronomic characters of various spices accession (Black pepper, Cardamom, Ginger, Nutmeg). Search option is also provided for pepper varieties against pest and diseases.
