Particle Morphology
A DNA-containing virus with isometric particles about 50 nm in diameter.
Transmission Method
Transmitted by a vector Myzus persicae (Aphididae) in a semi-persistent manner. Also transmitted by mechanical inoculation. Not transmitted by seed.

Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) .
