Tobacco mosaic virus

Introduction

Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) is the type member of the genus Tobamovirus was the first virus disease reported from Netherlands in 1886 and is distributed world wide. The virus is highly contagious and naturally transmitted through contacts and no insect vector known.
