Introduction

Psorosis, one of the most widespread and economically important viral diseases of citrus, is caused by Citrus psorosis virus (CPsV), a novel type of virus with filamentous particles that belong to the genus Ophiovirus. Ophioviruses have a single-stranded negative-sense RNA genome divided into at least three segments
