Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) is a plant pathogenic virus belonging to the genus Begomovirus. Tomato leaf curl virus is one of the strains.

Geminate particle of approximately 20 x 30 nm in size.
Transmission Method
Transmitted by a vector; an insect; Bemisia tabaci; Aleyrodidae in a persistent manner; transmitted by mechanical inoculation (poorly).
