Name of the technology :
Development of bioformulation of Pseudomonas fluoresce
One loop of individual bacterial isolate was inoculated into 400 ml of autoclaved broth medium and incubated at (28 ± 2°C) on a shaker at 150 rpm for 48 h of incubation; the bacterial population in broth was 9×108 colony-forming units (CFU) per ml after 48 h growth. One kg of sterilized talc powder was taken in a metal tray and the pH was adjusted to neutral by adding CaCO3 (15 g kg-1). Ten grams of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC adhesive) was added to 1 kg talc powder before mixing. Four hundred milliliters of 48 h- grown inoculums was mixed with 1 kg of talc powder under aseptic conditions. After air drying to reduce the moisture content (less than 20 %) overnight it was packed in a poly bag and sealed.
Bacterial fungal disease management
This is more effective against pathogenic bacteria and fungus
