Procedure / Summary

A SCAR marker of 162 bp is developed from ITS sequences and used for identification of Fusarium oxysporrum f. sp carthami isolates. The SCAR marker shows specific amplification product of 162bp of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp carthami isolates, which is not amplified in other Fusarium species.

1. Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. carthami isolates can be specifically identified from other Fusarium species
